YOUTH DEBATE TEAM 2024 SEASON
Join the Youth Debate Team: Ignite Change, Develop Skills, and Make a Difference
Are you ready to take on a challenge? Do you have what it takes to make a change? Join our Youth Debate Team and embark on a journey of intellectual growth and leadership development.
Our team structure ensures a diverse set of roles, each contributing to the success of the team:

Two Teams - Five Team Members
Preseason: Kick off the season with a meet & greet, where the debate topic will be chosen and the layout set. Team leaders will prepare their teams for the upcoming debates.
Season (March 2024 - July 2024): The season is divided into four parts:
Part 1: Teams meet to state their viewpoint on the “Issue/Problem,” providing fully documented supporting evidence.
Part 2: Teams create their solution to the “Issue/Problem,” submitting their work to the administrator.
Part 3: Teams present their method of applying their solution, showcasing a fully budgeted and designed project ready for implementation.
Part 4 (Show Time!): Teams meet on Zoom for a six-on-six debate, broadcasted live on Facebook & Twitch. Viewers play a significant role in providing input on each team’s presentation.
Not only will you develop your debate skills, but you’ll also showcase your management potential and project development skills. The winning team will receive fundraising support to hit the budgeted target amount, and our organization will assist in implementing your plan.
